To access the historical data that is stored within your AirVisual Pro monitor, you can download this easily using a computer, via Samba. See these instructions to do so:

If there is no computer at hand or Samba doesn’t work, an alternative is to use file explorer apps on the phone. Below, we list two commonly used apps on iOS and Android for your reference.

iOS:

  1.      Search File Explorer and install it.

2.      Connect your AirVisual Pro with your phone Wi-Fi hotspot. On the AirVisual Pro, Menu->Network->Access Pro data

3.      Open FileExplorer app, click the “+” button on the top right-hand corner.

4.      Click NAS.

5.      Fill out Host Name/IP line with the address after Windows URL (Do not type the back slash and airvisual). Fill out User Name with airvisual and Samba password. Click Save and back to the home page.

6.      In Connections category, you can see a device connected. Click it and you can see airvisual folder.

7.      In airvisual folder, all historical data are saved by month. Click the three dots under the file and share it via social apps or email.

8.      Receive the file on your computer and import the data into an Excel document for easy reading.

9.      Delete the device in Connections.

Android:

  1.      Install FX File Explorer

2.      Connect your AirVisual Pro to your phone Wi-Fi hotspot. On the AirVisual Pro, Menu->Network->Access Pro data
