If you wish to register your AirVisual monitor to a new AirVisual account, you will first need to unlink the device from its previously registered account. 
You can "unlink" your device automatically from within your AirVisual account. 
To do so, log into the AirVisual website > from your profile's drop-down menu, select "My Devices" > click on your device information to open its detailed screen > choose SETTINGS menu > Click the "unregister" button (as below): 

If you encounter any issue with unregistering your device, please contact us with your device's 7-digit serial number, and we'll help you to unlink.
